The Friends of Dunbar Cave see it as their duty to help support and protect Dunbar Cave and the associated State Natural Area. Members of the group receive a newsletter and attend monthly meetings which are held on the third Thursday every month at 6:00 pm. Members also are eligible to volunteer for and participate in special park projects and activities.
The next meeting will be held Thursday June 22, 2006 at 6:00pm at the Dunbar Cave State Natural Area visitor Center. New members are always welcome! Come assist us accomplishing our short and long term goal of encouraging developments that will protect and preserve the synergy between nature and recreation that the Dunbar Cave State Natural Area provides to our community. For more information about membership see the Friends of Dunbar Cave State Natural Area web site.
