Patriot’s Day Rally

Charles SmithMayoral Candidate Charles W. Smith will host a “Patriot-Day Rally” on Monday, Sept. 11, from 5 – 6 p.m. in front of the Veteran’s Service Office at Veteran’s Plaza on Pageant St.

This is an opportunity for Charles to thank members of our Armed Forces, while specifically addressing issues of interest to veterans, active-duty military, and military family-members throughout the Clarksville-Fort Campbell area.

Patriot’s Day Rally

When: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday, September 11, 2006
Where: In front of the Veteran’s Service Office
Veteran’s Plaza on Pageant Street
Admission: Free and open to the public, Service members are especially encouraged to attend!

Please remind your family, friends and neighbors of this event, and help us extend a special invitation to the true “patriots” in our community, the men and women of our Armed Forces.

This will be a very important Mayoral Election.  You have a large slate to pick from.  Remember, an educated and informed voter is a powerful voter.

Please compare all of the candidates closely.  I am personally convinced that after the comparison you will come to the same conclusion that I have and you will…..

  1. Charles Smith gives me a lot of hope for this city. He doesn’t have a vested interest in becoming mayor. He doesn’t push any causes for God or corporate America. He stands for us and he listens to us. He will represent Clarksville as an intelligent capable leader. And, my goodness, he even thinks the Constitution of the United States of America is pretty good material to follow when making decisions about citizens rights and what they should expect from their government. Besides that, when you look in his eyes, there’s someone there (just comparing him to a few of our late great mayors). I choose Charles. Debbie Boen
