	&lt;li&gt;Black faculty/staff numbers have reverted to prior Gier Settlement levels.&lt;/li&gt;
 	&lt;li&gt;The &#039;Grow Your Own&quot; black professionals development program, established under Geier, has been abandoned. Past graduates of the program have been denied promotions and appointments for which the program prepared them.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Hate crimes (religious and racial) have occurred on campus and not been reported to the required federal agencies IAW federal and state regulations.&lt;/li&gt;
