		<description>Thanks for this informative story. I didn&#039;t know the flame had ever gone out. After,all, eternal means &quot;Being without beginning or end; existing outside of time.&quot; It would seem our flame fails that test. And for the people not to be informed of this is truly lamentable. 

This disgrace can not be allowed to happen again. Whether it is Parks &amp; Recreation, the Mayor&#039;s Office, the Arts Commission, or a consortium of private interests, a commitment was made in accepting this art work. Are we to now think that the promise of city government is no more honorable than the pledge to APSU to preserve the Foust House? We are in severe straits if thatis so.</description>
