I would like to address each of these claims one by one, but I don't really care anymore. He was ELECTED twice. As far as the surplus, that is an ANNUAL surplus that Bush gave back to us. I remember getting a check for $300. We were still in debt back then. our national deficit has increased under EVERY President since Reagan. All a surplus means is that you didn't spend what you projected, it can be argued that Clinton had exorbinant funding and since it wasn't met, we had a surplus. By the way, I'm better off today than I was 7 years ago. ????????
