		<description>I think this entire lawsuit is a charrade.  Its clouding the issue and diverting attention away from the REAL problem, which IS, the city being able to take land from people without their consent for economic gain.  Its funny, the government seems to function at a snails pace until they want something.  Then its done with lightning quick speed in hopes that it will be forgotten.  Although the CPRC winning this case or it being dismissed would be a good thing, the city still can take property for economic gain, so exactly where have we gone?  Someone needs to sue the city, invest the money and retun it to the city once there&#039;s a new group of people running the show and they rescind this ridiculous aspect of the plan.</description>
