Countries all over the world believed the same thing. Even Saddam himself admitted sending weapons inspectors on wild goose chases and blocking them from access to certain areas to keep the perception alive. Sometimes, war is necessary to addrss a threat, but spouting propaganda in an attempt to rewrite history only leads to more problems. Taking the military option off the tables is the LAST thing we should be doing. I'll wager that Isreal will attack Iran before our Presidential election, if not, they'll do it before whoever wins gets inagurated.
