		<description>Well we need to find out what exatly transpired and if there was any wrongdoing, but personally, if it prevents a terror attack, I could care less if they listened to international calls.  At this time, on MY list of priorities, its not even in the top 5,000.</description>

		<description>The trick is if it was illegal we can&#039;t go back and say it&#039;s ok just because the government told them it was ok. If they had exercised due dilligence they never would have needed retroactive immunity. What they were doing wasn&#039;t spying on terrorists they were spying on Americans. They wouldn&#039;t have had any problems providing evidence to get a warrant against a terrorist. So they were doing something else. I also think that since they have been granted immunity the telecom companies should now be forced to testify about the extent of their complicty with the illegal acts of this administration.</description>

		<description>I have mixed feelings about this legislation.  I understand the need for us to use all tools necessary to stop terrorism.  I also understand privacy.  I just fail to see how listening to overseas phones calls is violating anyone&#039;s rights.</description>
