		<description>It&#039;s so sad that Kurita spent all that money investigating Tim Barnes and that&#039;s all she could come up with? He&#039;s only doing a job that he swore to do- to &quot;protect the rights&quot; of average citizens who have been &quot;accused&quot;. Under our constitution, just because someone has been &quot;accused&quot; doesn&#039;t mean they&#039;re guilty. During a divorce, for example, it&#039;s very common for couples to &quot;accuse&quot; each other of all sorts of things that are not necessarily true. So, you get an attorney to sort out the facts and &quot;protect the rights&quot; you enjoy as an American citizen.
That in no way translates to the guilty not having to pay for something they have done. 
If someone is found guilty, they still have to pay, which may include going to jail whether Tim Barnes is their attorney or not.  
Ms. Kurita has been &quot;our senator&quot; for 12 long years. Shouldn&#039;t she understand our laws better than that?</description>
