		<description>Ownership of a vehicle constitutes a crime?  That has to be the dumbest statement ever made.  This is more of trying to put blame where it doesn&#039;t belong, and now government&#039;s getting in on the act. I can see a benefit of the cameras IF it reduced accidents, but to use it as a revenue generator is absurd.  Its one thing to PUNISH criminals, but to profit from it is quite another.  It seems government is turning more towards the almighty dollar at every turn and forgetting its REAL responsibility.  Thanks, Bill, this sheds some light on more potential problems that can occur as a result from expanding government.</description>
