You know I agree with you on this one, it's amazing to me just how, you know, we're called to pray for our leaders, and politicians in power, and then a letter like this from a supposed christian organization...perposturious, alot of things we may not agree on, but this is defenitely one I do agree with you on, there's of course a few parts, but alot of it I do agree with. God is going to let whatever is supposed to take place, take place, the ultimate thing to remember is He's already won, no matter of what happens in this presidency or wars or whatever we do throughout our life, it's already been won, He paid the ultimate price, and defeated satan a long time ago. Continue to pray for president Obama, and his team, they need it, everyone in the power of authority needs it right now, and if you're gonna talk about someone, make sure you do it on your knees too.

Did you know that all names have hidden messages?

Focus On The Family

Hidden Message in their name as it relates to John McCain.

FOCUS ON THE FAMILY

Yesterday, Satan's invisible organization used fear, lies, negativism on Americans to help energize McCain's failing campaign.

Cross out every letter in the name that corresponds with a word. For instance cross out the y in family and the word yesterday in the message, the s in focus and the word Satan and continue to cross out and see what happens.

Based on the Letter from 2012 it is clear that an invisible demonic force is in play with Focus on the family. It is also clear that the following scriptures apply to the 2012 letter. Ephesians 4:17 "This, therefore, I say and bear witness to in the Lord, that you no longer go on walking just as the nations also walk in the unprofitableness of their minds, while they are in darkness mentally, and alienated from the life that belongs to God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the insensibility of their hearts” Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice out of heaven say "Get out of her, my people if you do not want to share with her in her sins, and if you do not want to receive part of her plagues. For her sins have massed together clear up to heaven and God has called her acts of injustice to mind."

Let me make one thing crystal clear: I do not write from the perspective of one who is without faith. Quite the opposite, in fact. I've been a committed Christian my entire life.

I wrote this piece first and foremost because I saw the words and message of my Lord twisted into the rhetoric of hate and bigotry, and used to spur fear into those who don't know any better.

It's putrid, it's horrifying, and quite frankly, it's completely opposite to the spirit of Christ.

The next time you think for a second that you "feel your rights slipping away," consider the reality that you have the right to say whatever the heck you want — and I have the right to respond however I see fit.

Just as two men and two women have the right to form any relationship they see fit. Further, we all have the responsibility to see to it that the gay and lesbian couples are given the same rights as anyone else.

To do otherwise would be oppressive.

We all have the right to swing our arms. But just as we've learned in recent years - the right to swing our arms ends at the other guy's nose. It doesn't infringe on a person's free speech, religious, press, assembly, or petition rights to allow gay marriage. To say otherwise is absurd.

A gay couple doesn't force someone to worship a certain way, to speak a certain way, or to gather a certain way - but we do have the responsibility to protect those relationships as equal.

I submit that it's the conservative evangelicals who "pick and choose" and ignore the scriptures which teach that we are to love everyone, even our enemies.

Yes, the 2012 words are hateful, fearful, and horrifying.

Seems perfect for Halloween. But NOT for any "Christian" to enter into their worldview. And certainly not for American politics.

And finally, no one is forcing any "lifestyle onto" you or anyone. The law (and the right thing to do) is to give those who happen to be gay and lesbian the freedoms and liberties we all enjoy.

If a gay couple barges down your door and forces you to watch them kiss, then I'll accept that they're trying to "force their lifestyle" upon you.

Until then, we should treat the 2012 letter for what it is: garbage.

You are lashing out using name calling and complete falsehoods to bash the right that you take full advantage of to spread hate against those whose opinions disagree with yours. Yes, as a Christian I am afraid not because I do not have faith but because I feel our religious freedoms are being slowly taken away. I am not judgmental toward someone else’s lifestyle that is not the same as mine. However, I happen to believe in God’s Word. Marriage or physical relationships were not intended to be shared between two men or two women. Leviticus 18:22 and 1 Corinthians 6:9-10

May I remind you that not too long ago the words gay, lesbian and homosexuality were not common place terms. In fact, in society it was appalling to discuss such topics. Yes, the sky is falling. Little by little our society has become desensitized and made concessions to allow us to become the tolerable society we are today. When the “rights” of others begin to infringe upon my first amendment rights yes I am concerned. It’s not a stretch of the imagination to think this will become reality in the not so distant future.

It’s interesting to me that you would quote scripture in your article yet you do not see the significance of it against homosexual relationships. You can’t pick and choose the verses that fit your purpose and ignore the ones that don’t. I do not need the words of a man of faith “to keep me submissive”, God and His Word is sufficient for me as well as many others.

I don’t wish to force our God on you or anyone else. I have no ill will or “hate” as you describe it on other’s who do not share my opinion. In turn, I do not wish the lifestyle of those who don’t believe in God’s Word to be forced onto my family or myself.
