The Clarksville Police Department’s saturation patrols (partially funded by the Governor’s Highway Safety Office) to detect DUI/Impaired drivers, November 7 and November 8, 2008 between 2200 hours and 0400 hours yielded the following results:
There were 108 vehicles stopped during the saturation patrols which yielded 119 charges, listed here.

- 40 Speeding
- 19 Insurance Law
- 5 Seat Belt
- 9 Equipment Violations
- 8 Driver License Violations
- 4 Revoked/Suspended Driver Licenses
- 1 Improper Turns
- 10 Vehicle Registration
- 8 Traffic Signal Violations
- 2 Tint
- 1 Curfew
- 2 Warrants
The Clarksville Police Department will also have saturation patrols running November 14 and November 15 from 22:00 – 04:00 hours.
