That’s the theme of a gathering to be held at Silke’s Old World Breads, 1214 A College Street, on January 24 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Written on the invitational flyer are these words: “Despite the turmoil in our country, we would like to celebrate the Inauguration of our new president and usher in an era of positive change and hope for peace and prosperity for all.”

In the aftermath of  the 2008 political season and Tuesday’s culminating inauguration festivities, Clarksvillians will have the opportunity for another local celebration in a venue that is the perfect blend of fine food and the best art created by local artists.

The party is an “all you can eat” buffet priced at $8 per adult, $4 per child ages 6-12, and children under 5, free. Advance tickets can be purchase at Silke’s during regular business hours.

This “after hours” buffet will an opportunity to relax and to look ahead as America heals and moves toward change and economic recovery  under the Obama administration.
