		<description>Good article, however I am sure many people are not aware of some restrictions that in my opinion go to far.  For instance, bicycles, tricycles, dirtbikes, and ATV&#039;s for children under the age 13 are no longer allowed to be imported.  This is due to the lead in brake cables, and some other parts that children do not chew on.  There is no difference in a child sitting on an adult dirtbike to a child&#039;s dirtbike, they are in contact with the same amount of lead.</description>
