I would like to say that the photo enfocement that you have might be a great thing but it can also wrongfully accuse people of violations. My ex was driving my car and ran the red light at trenton and wilma rudolph blvd. I sent the fine to him through the photo enforcement program and he never paid the fine. Now there is a warrant out for me, and I live in Pa. I believe it to be unfair that I am to blame when he was the one who ran the red light. Here in Pa we have officers who can make sure the right people are charged with the wrongdoings that people do. Photo Enforcement only helps to a certain degree, but where is the justice if the wrong person is accused. my email is lisa.krzysko@us.army.mil please email me back
