Second Street will be closed to traffic from Franklin Street to Commerce Street beginning at 6 a.m. on Saturday, July11 through 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 12. This closure is necessary for the Clarksville Gas and Water Department to repair a water main leak, and once repaired the road and sidewalk will be further repaired and inspected. Water service will not be scheduled for disruption during the repair; however occupants in the affected section of Second Street have been advised to plan for a possible outage.
