The Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center (WNDAACC) at Austin Peay State University is presenting “A Kwanzaa Celebration” tonight
The event will be held at 6 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 10 at the WNDAACC. The public is invited to attend.
“A Kwanzaa Celebration” will feature the presentation of the symbols of Kwanzaa, the meaning and the lighting of seven candles and a traditional Kwanzaa feast. In addition, the principles of Kwanzaa – unity, self-determination, responsibility, cooperative, faith, creativity and strength – will be shared.
