Titans conclude preseason against Super Bowl ChampsTennessee Titans (1-2) vs. New Orleans Saints (2-1)
The Titans and Louisiana Pacific Corporation (LP) are partnering to welcome guests from several charitable organizations to the game. Special recognition will be given to Boy Scouts of America and Girls Inc., whose representatives will be presented with an honorary game ball on the field. LP’s charitable arm, the LP Foundation, is providing a total of 500 game tickets to the group of non-profits, which also includes YMCA Youth Development, Oasis Center, Boys & Girls Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters. LP began the tradition of honoring local non-profit agencies at a Titans preseason game in 2006. Additionally, prior to the game, fans are encouraged to participate in the annual Nurses For Newborns Baby Shower Drive. Items such as baby wipes, diapers (sizes 2, 3 and 4) and stage 1 baby food will be collected at several collection sites outside of LP Field and then donated to Nurses For Newborns, which serves at-risk babies and their families across Middle Tennessee. The BroadcastThe game will be televised regionally on the Titans Preseason TV Network, including flagship WKRN-Channel 2 in Nashville. Cory Curtis will handle play-by-play duties, while former Titans running back Eddie George will provide color commentary. Dawn Davenport will report from the sidelines. The Titans Radio Network, including Nashville flagship 104.5 The Zone, will broadcast the game across the Mid-South with the “Voice of the Titans” Mike Keith, color commentator Frank Wycheck, sideline reporter Cody Allison and gameday host Larry Stone. The game can be heard locally on 1400am WJZM. Last Week
