Clarksville, TN – On October 20th, military spouses will be offered an exclusive look into Clarksville’s historic downtown.
Restored with brick sidewalks, period lighting, benches and planters, downtown offers shopping at a number of antique shops and boutiques along with locally-owned restaurants offering everything from gourmet pizzas to burgers and fries and German cuisine. This is an excellent opportunity for the military community to learn about all that the Historic Downtown has to offer.
This event, which is sponsored by the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, is free and open to all military spouses. The event will start at 10:00am at the Riverview Inn, 50 College Street, where the parking will be free for the day. There will be refreshments, flyers, and maps inside the hotel. The event will last until 3:00pm.
