Neil Revlett endorsed by the Tennessee Conservatives Fund

Neil Revlett is the Republican candidate for State House District 67.

Clarksville, TN – Neil Revlett (R), candidate for State Representative in Clarksville and surrounding communities, received word that he is being endorsed by the Tennessee Conservatives Fund (TCF), which is a Tea Party-supported political action committee chaired by State Representative Susan Lynn. Said Lynn, “We are only supporting candidates who are willing to serve the U.S. Constitution and Tennessee Constitution, and it’s clear that Neil Revlett has a deep understanding and commitment to those principles that formed our nation and state.”

Mr. Revlett is a local realtor and the Republican candidate for Tennessee’s 67th House District. This race attracted the attention of the TCF and Representative Lynn due to the stark contrast between Mr. Revlett and Democrat incumbent Joe Pitts. Neil Revlett is a strong supporter of all the protections of the Constitution, notably the Second Amendment, and is running as a pro-life, pro-business constitutional conservative.

The issues in this race could not be clearer. Said Mr. Revlett, “It’s time for the average citizen to stand up and have a voice for the people. We need to get back to the Constitution and the Rule of Law.” Mr. Revlett added that, “We need to cut down on tax, red tape, and regulations. It only puts a hindrance on small businesses.”

The TCF was established by Dr. Eric Stamper, a Hendersonville Optometrist and co-founder of the tea party group, Sumner United for Responsible Government (SURG). It is loosely modeled after the highly successful Senate Conservatives Fund, which is currently operated by U.S. Senator Jim DeMint. The purpose of the TCF is to drive awareness, momentum, and financial support to strong conservative candidates who are challenging liberal incumbents in state and federal races.

Those who want to know more about the Tennessee Conservatives Fund should visit the group’s website, where they can sign up to receive emails or contact Representative Susan Lynn or Dr. Eric Stamper.
