BACH observes Independence Day

Limited Services during Day of No Scheduled Activity (DONSA)

Blanchfield Army Hospital - Fort Campbell KYFort Campbell, KY – In honor of the national observance of Independence Day, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) personnel will observe the federal holiday Monday, July 4th, therefore all clinics and pharmacies will be closed.

The Emergency and Urgent Care centers will remain open to provide acute and emergency medical care.

DONSA Clinic, Appointments, Pharmacy

Some medical services will be condensed during a Day of No Scheduled Activities (DONSA) Friday, July 1st. All patients with previously scheduled appointments at BACH will be seen in the Blue Clinic, regardless of their clinic assignment. The Screaming Eagle Medical Home will have limited staff available to provide acute medical care, and the clinic’s pharmacy and laboratory will remain open.

Soldier Health Services, to include LaPointe Health Clinic and the Aviation Health Clinic, will be closed, however the Emergency and Urgent Care centers will remain open to provide acute and emergency medical care. BACH’s Appointment Line 270-798-4677 or 931-431-4677 will be staffed from 6:00am until 4:00pm to schedule or cancel appointments. To cancel an appointment after business hours, please call the phone numbers above and leave a message.

While the Main Pharmacy will be closed Friday, the Town Center Pharmacy will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm. To ensure all prescriptions can be filled, the last pharmacy window ticket will be given at 4:45pm.
