Jessica Dotson, 25, and Brent Frazier, 27, both of Centerville, Tennessee, have been charged with criminal homicide and abuse of a corpse for killing 19-year-old Alphonso Waters. A third individual, 22-year-old Devin Simpson, of Hohenwald, Tennessee, was charged with abuse of a corpse and accessory after the fact.Waters was killed on June 11th, 2011 inside Dotson and Frazier’s residence located at 324 Columbia Avenue.

Yesterday morning, TBI’s Violent Crime Response Team gathered forensic evidence from the crime scene inside the house where it’s also believed Waters was dismembered and put in a freezer until the suspects disposed of his remains in the ravine days later. The motive for the murder appears to be drug related.

All three have been booked into the Hickman County Jail. Dotson and Frazier are being held without bond and Simpson is being held on a $300,000 bond. They are scheduled to be in court on July 12th, 2011
