“He’s a talented kid,” Tabet said. “I was very impressed, right off the bat, with how well he strikes the ball. He’s a great addition to the middle of our lineup and I hope to see him make an impact to our program.”

The Govs are looking to reload after a terrific season which saw them finish second in the OVC and advance to the OVC Tournament championship match. Already Tabet has added Aleksas Tverijonas, of Lithuania, to aid returning All-OVC picks Jasmin Ademovich and Sean Bailey.

Hriciste brings valuable experience from various International Tennis Federation events in Eastern Europe. In fact, he had opening-round wins the 2007 ProSigma Open and the 2007 ITF Zilina Junior Open.
