Fort Campbell, KY – For the organization and its volunteers to benefit the most from each other, volunteers should be managed as part of an overall program; somewhat similar to the approach of managing employees.
On August 30th, from 9:00am until 10:30am, Army Community Service (ACS) will present an Introduction to Volunteer Management at the Family Resource Center (FRC).
The course objectives are to help you understand why people volunteer, knowing what to do once you have selected your perfect volunteer, and finding ways to manage and recognize volunteers. Reservations are required no later than
August 23rd.
