Clarksville Police determine death of Douglas Ramey to be a Homicide

Clarksville, TN – After processing the crime scene and conducting interviews, investigators have determined that the death of Douglas James Deante Ramey is a Homicide.
The time of death is believed to have occurred late August 15th or the early hours of August 16th.
