Body Found in Wood Line off Wilma Rudolph Boulvard

Clarksville, TN – On August 18th, 2011, around 1:31pm, 911 received a call in reference to a body being seen along the wood line behind 2900 Wilma Rudolph Boulvard. Clarksville Police Officers responded to the scene and found a deceased male.
The scene was cordoned off and the crime scene team was notified. It is being investigated as a Homicide which is standard procedure for the investigation of unattended deaths.

The name of the deceased will be released after notification of the family.
Detective Demone Chestnut is the lead investigator.
