Clarksville, TN – Dickson residents interested in pursuing careers in health care are encouraged to check out two new courses being offered for the Spring 2012 semester by Austin Peay at The Renaissance Center.
One course, Introduction to Health Care Professions, is an elective designed to give students a background into what activities are performed by various professionals and the education requirements for the various career options.
Medical Terminology is a core course for those wanting to major in radiologic technology, but the course is open to anyone who wants to increase his or her medical vocabulary.
Both courses are offered through the APSU Department of Allied Health.
