Clarksville, TN – Clarksville High School and Northeast High School both participated against Beech in a tri-dual meet wrestling match Tuesday at Beech High School and Clarksville High won both matches. The Wildcats beat Northeast 71-5 with six pin falls, one technical fall and four forfeits.
Clarksville High’s quickest pin was De’Quan Wiggins 45-second pin of Colt Syfrett at 106 pounds. Zach Crane also had a 50-second pin of RaMarcus Norris at 170 pounds.
The Wildcats had five pins in its 42-25 win over Beech. Clarksville High’s fastest pin was William McNaughton’s 12-second pin over Beech’s Justin Brogdon at 220 pounds. Chad Isbell also wasted little time with his 43-second pin over Beech’s John Isbell at 152 pounds.
Northeast will wrestle again at Hendersonville on Thursday at 5:00pm, while Clarksville High will participate in the Middle Tennessee Grand Championships in Murfreesboro Friday and Saturday along with Kenwood, West Creek and Northwest.
