17 Year Old on Probation in Trouble Again

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On December 22nd, 2011, around 9:15am, 911 received a call about a residential burglary in progress at 2647 Delray Drive.

A watchful neighbor kept an eye on a residence after she spotted a window open and the screen off. She saw a male jumping over the neighbor’s fence with a guitar and black case. She provided a detailed clothing description and the direction the male was walking.

Officers Hill and Koziol spotted the male walking down the street with two guitars in his possession. It was determined the property had been stolen from 2647 Delray Drive. The 17 year old juvenile was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Burglary and taken to a juvenile detention facility.

This is not the 17 year olds first encounter with law enforcement. He was already on probation and had been previously charged with burglary, breaking into Northwest High School, and a convenience market burglary.
