Buffet is $10.95 per person and includes all you can eat Cajun gator tail, cuisses de grenouille (frog legs), red beans and rice, shrimp jambalaya, crawfish etouffee, southern style green beans, Cajun cornbread, blackened snapper, Louisiana-style fried catfish, Maw-Maw’s Mardi souper, fried chicken, collard greens, dirty rice, Hoppin’ John, Creole corn, chicken and sausage gumbo, alligator sauce piquante, king cakes, bread pudding and hurricanes (alcohol not included).
