“There is a rising awareness all across our region of the absolute importance of giving Middle Tennesseans more choices when it comes to transportation,” said Charles Bone, chairman of the Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee. “This is particularly true with opportunities for rapid transit and graduates of our Transit Academy. Ed Cole, executive director of the Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee, added: “The members of the second class of the Academy will be important messengers for public understanding.
