Clarksville Police respond to Motorcycle Crash on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard

Motorcyclist Taken by Lifeflight to Vanderbilt

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – Clarksville Police have very little information about a motorcycle crash which occurred around 7:00pm, this evening. A motorcycle ridden by 21 year old male was traveling in the center lane, south on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

A Pontiac SUV, driven by a male (age, name unknown) was traveling north on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and was making a left turn at the intersection of Wilma Rudolph/Dunlop Lane onto a private roadway. The Pontiac turned into the path of the motorcycle and the motorcycle crashed into the SUV.

The motorcyclist was unseated and collided with the roadway. The 21 year old motorcyclist was taken to Vanderbilt by Lifeflight and is in stable condition. The driver of the SUV was uninjured.

No other information is available.
