Clarksville, TN – Clarksville’s favorite night of stand-up comedy returns for 2012 as F&M Bank presents Comedy on the Cumberland on April 24th at its new venue, the Riverview Inn. This comedy series features some of the funniest stand-up comedians in the country, and is set to be even bigger and better than before.

The first show of the year will be April 24th, 7:00pm to benefit Restore Ministries at the YMCA. The headliner will be Nate Bargatze and features original Comedy on the Cumberland performer, Jonnie W.
Bargatze is a Nashville native now living in New York, who has been on Conan, and Comedy Central, performing all over the country and for the troops in the Middle East.
Jonnie W is a rising star, first introduced to Clarksville audiences at the very first Comedy on the Cumberland in April of 2010.

Comedy on the Cumberland moves to the Riverview Inn for 2012. General manager Charlsie Lankford is excited to be hosting the event. “I’ve been a big fan of Comedy on the Cumberland and the money they’re able to raise for Clarksville charity. We’re excited to host this event at the Riverview Inn.”
Comedy on the Cumberland was created as a way to bring a new and exciting event to Clarksville, plus raise money and awareness for local charity. To date, Comedy on the Cumberland has raised over $30,000.
