Clarksville, TN – On June 27th, 2012, Randolph Clinton Jordan came to the Detective Division at Vista Lane to be interviewed in conjunction with a criminal investigation.
There have been at least 10 reported incidents of indecent exposure involving a silver Dodge Avenger since January 2012. In most of the incidents, there was some sort of paper placed over the license plate obstructing the view of the plate.

In the latest incident which occurred June 23rd, 2012, the victim pulled the paper off the plate and provided the tag information to Clarksville Police.
The tag information came back to a vehicle registered to Randolph Clinton Jordan. Police called Jordan and asked that he come to Vista Lane to be interviewed. Jordan showed up in a silver Dodge Avenger.
After Jordan entered the Detective division, a gun was spotted in plain view on a the seat inside of the Avenger. The 9mm handgun was found to be loaded with a magazine and had a round in the firing chamber. Jordan does not have a handgun carry permit.
Jordan did not want to talk in Police in reference to the criminal investigation.
