Clarksville Gas and Water Department reports Cumberland Drive Lane Closure and Water Outage Continues

Clarksville, TN – Clarksville Gas and Water construction crews are continuing work on Cumberland Drive that has extended this morning’s lane closure and water outage until 4:00pm or 5:00pm this afternoon.
The southbound lane on Cumberland Drive is closed from Irving Lane to the intersection of South Riverside Drive. Traffic will be detoured to Irving Lane and Edgehill Drive for access to Riverside Drive.
Construction crews are repairing an eight-inch water valve on the shoulder of Cumberland Drive resulting in the ongoing outage. Area businesses may experience low water pressure.
