Movies in the Park featuring “The Princess Bride” and “The Goonies” rescheduled for October 20th

Movies in the ParkClarksville, TN – Due to inclement weather, the Movies in the Park event scheduled for September 1st, 2012 at Heritage Park Soccer fields had to be cancelled. The showing has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 20th, 2012.

The event will feature two movies from the 80’s, “The Princess Bride” followed by “The Goonies” – both movies are rated PG.

“The Princess Bride” is a classic fairy tale, with swordplay, giants, an evil prince, and a beautiful princess as read by a kindly grandfather.

“The Goonies” is about a group of kids embarking on a wild adventure after finding a pirate treasure map.
