Clarksville Police charge Mother after 3 Year old Child Shoots Himself

Clarksville, TN – On September 8th, 2012, around 9:50pm, Clarksville Police responded to a shooting at a Peachers Ridge Road address. When officers arrived, they found a child had shot himself in the abdomen.
The mother, Lisa Evans, has been charged with Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect. She turned herself in today, September 25th around 6:00pm.
The lead investigator is Detective Ronald Parrish.
