Clarksville, TN – On September 29th, 2012 around noon, a Harley Davidson ridden by a 59 year old male was traveling east on Hwy 76.
A 2004 Chevy Silverado driven by Jerome Rogers, 48, pulled out of Sango Road, crossing the east bound lanes in an attempt to turn left to go west on Hwy 76, and failed to yield to the oncoming motorcycle. The motorcycle collided with the pickup. The motorcyclist was alert and conscious when he was taken by Lifeflight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with multiple serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending. The lead is Officer Melissa Spielhagen.
