Clarksville, TN – The Salvation Army’s Christmas Assistance program will be taking applications October 22nd-26th and October 29th-November 2nd at 210 Kraft Street, Clarksville, for residents of Montgomery County, Stewart County, and Houston County.
Applications will be taken from 9:00am until 4:00pm. All low-income families needing toys for their children (ages birth thru 12 years) and Seniors, age 60 and over, needing food assistance may apply. No applications will be taken after these dates.
Applicants must bring the following
- Photo-ID for the head of household
- Proof of current home street address (utility bill, rental agreement, etc)
- ID for everyone in the household which includes a name and birthdate for each child under 12
- Proof of all income, including government assistance income
Each household must make their application in person. Only one application per household address will be accepted. Applicants must not apply with any other agency, church, group or school for Christmas assistance.
