Doyle began the week with a school-record 34-kill performance in the non-conference outing against Middle Tennessee, averaging 6.8 kills per set and posting a .409 attack percentage. It was only the third 30-kill performance in Austin Peay volleyball history and broke the record previously held by Sarah Schramka who recorded 31 kills against Eastern Kentucky during the 2002 season.

Doyle maintained her torrid pace in the Lady Govs two conference matches. She was one of two players to record a team-best 11 kills (3.7 kills per set) in the win against Eastern Illinois. Doyle ended the week with a 21-kill outing (7.0s kill per set) against SIU Edwardsville.

Averaging a league-best 4.27 kills per set at the OVC race’s halfway point, Doyle has recorded 94 of her 301 kills this season in league play.  She has helped lead the Lady Govs to a 5-3 conference mark, which is second in the OVC West Division and tied for third in overall conference play.

Austin Peay returns to action when it starts a four-match road trip with a 7:00pm, Friday contest at SIU Edwardsville.
