Annual Youth Fashion Show at Fort Campbell’s Wilson Theatre

 

Morale, Welfare and RecreationFort Campbell, KY – Get a peek at the most recent tween and teen trends as you watch them strut their stuff on the runway during the Annual Youth Fashion Show. This event will feature local youth sporting the hottest new clothes while showing off their personal style.

The Fashion Show will be held at Wilson Theatre at 6:00pm on Saturday, November 3rd. The cost is $2.00 per person for ages 5 and older.

Mountains to Coast exhibit at the Customs House Museum starting November 8th

 

The Customs House Museum and Cultural CenterClarksville, TN – “Mountains to Coast represents a collection of my favorite subjects to paint. I have found the mountains of Tennessee, the coastal areas of Maine and the Carolinas and American historical sites inspirational. My work reflects the cultural, spiritual and natural environments of these areas. These paintings span more than ten years of reflecting on what I have seen and want to communicate to the viewer,” states Tennessee watercolorist Denton Ridge in reference to his exhibit at the Customs House Museum.

Bass Pro Shops Big Cat Quest ChampionshipClarksville, TN – The Bass Pro Shops Big Cat Quest Championship will be taking place on the banks of the Cumberland River in Clarksville, Tennessee, October 27th-28th.

The Clarksville-Montgomery County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) and Ken Freeman Outdoor Promotions invite you to see all the action live at McGregor Park. The CVB also wants to announce that the Courtesy Docks located at the park will be closed over the weekend to accommodate the tournament participants.

Coaches vs. CancerClarksville, TN – Austin Peay State University men’s baskeball coach Dave Loos will be as one of six midstate Division I basketball coaches to speak at the Coaches vs. Caner Tipoff luncheon, schedule 11:00am-1:00pm, Thursday, November 1st, at the Curb Event Center located on the Belmont University campus.

Loos, Belmont’s Rick Byrd, Middle Tennessee’s Kermit Davis, Tennessee State coach Travis Williams and Vanderbilt coach Kevin Stallings will speak at the event. Radio personality Willy Daunic, of 102.5 The Game in Nashville, will serve as emcee of the event.

Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan – Command Sgt. Maj. Marion E. Arnett, a native of Holt, FL,is the 96th Aviation Support Battalion, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, Task Force Troubleshooter command sergeant major.

Arnett is a Soldier with a big sense of humor, deep southern accent and quick speech. Underneath that sense of humor is a deep commitment to the Soldiers he leads.

Clarksville Gas and Water announces College Street Storm Water and Sewer Line Replacement Work Commences
