Clarksville City Department Chili Cook-Off starts today at 11:00am

Clarksville, TN – On Friday October 26th, 2012, a Department-wide Chili Cook-off will be hosted by the City of Clarksville. The event will benefit the United Way.
City of Clarksville Departments will compete for “Best Chili,” “Best Side,” Best Dessert,” and “Best Showmanship” trophies. The event will be held from 11:00am to 1:00pm in the lower parking lot of City Hall.
“I want to thank all of the people involved in making this event happen again this year. It’s a great way to sample some really good food and support a great organization at the same time,” said Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan.
Both tiers of the employee parking lot at City Hall will be closed for the event.
