Clarksville Parks and Recreation Facilities’ Hours to Change in Observance of November Holidays

Clarksville Parks and RecreationClarksville, TN – The City of Clarksville’s three community centers will adjust their hours of operation this November to accommodate students in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and their holiday schedule.

The Kleeman, Crow and Burt-Cobb Centers will be open from 10:00am to 7:00pm Tuesday, November 6th and Monday, November 12th as students will be out of school for Election Day and Veterans Day.

Centers will also be operating on the 10:00am to 7:00pm schedule on Wednesday, November 21st during the Thanksgiving holiday.  However, Centers will be closed Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd in observance of Thanksgiving.

The Indoor Aquatic Center at New Providence, located at 166 Cunningham Lane, will be open from 7:00am to 8:00pm on Tuesday, November 6th, Monday, November 12th and Wednesday, November 21st. The inflatable obstacle course, “The Aqua Run Wibit,” and the “AquaClimb” climbing wall will be available on both days.

Wristbands are required for access to these features. Cost of wristbands is $2.00 for all day access, with the exception of “Wibit Wednesdays” in which access is free each Wednesday. Tuesdays are “Dollar Day” at the pool when patrons are charged only $1.00 for admission. The pool will be closed Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd in observance of Thanksgiving.

Additionally the Clarksville Parks and Recreation Main Office, located at 102 Public Square, will be closed Monday, November 12th, Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd in observance of Veterans Day as well as Thanksgiving.
