Clarksville Building and Codes Director placed on paid administrative leave

City of ClarksvilleClarksville TN – Clarksville Mayor Kim McMillan has placed Building and Codes director Les Crocker on paid administrative leave effective today.  Clarksville Online contacted the mayor’s office for an explanation, and spokesperson Jennifer Rawls said that the mayor would have a comment shortly.

Clarksville Building and Codes has been the subject of an investigation earlier this year after several employees of that department filed grievances against their director.  The investigation revealed several “reasons for concern” about the job performance of Crocker.
