Primasing, a 6-1, 160-pound left-handed pitcher, compiled a 5-2 record and 2.18 ERA last season and was named to the District 10-AAA squad. He recorded 56 strikeouts in 32 innings and also posted two saves for head coach Dustin Smith, a former Austin Peay pitcher.

“Levi is a local talent that we feel very lucky to be able to add to our signing class,” said Govs head coach Gary McClure. “He has gotten better every time we have seen him and even made another jump in the early fall. We feel like you can’t ever get enough left-handed pitching and to add a quality left hander like Levi is a huge bonus. We feel like he should come right in and fight for a rotation spot early on in his career.”
