Clarksville Police reports Woman Crashes on Ringgold Road and Dies from her Injuries

A 21 year old woman dies from injuries sustained from a single car crash on Ringgold Road which occurred November 18th, 2012.

Clarksville Police DepartmentClarksville, TN – On November 18th, 2012, around 3:05am, there was a Fatal Accident Crash Team callout at 690 Ringgold Road. It was a single car crash.

Amber Webster, 21, 1974 Timberline Way was driving south on Ringgold Road, in a 2005 Suzuki Firenza.

She  lost control of her vehicle for an unknown reason, went off the right side of the road in front of 690 Ringgold Road, and collided with a utility pole.

She was the only person in the vehicle and was not wearing a seatbelt.

When Clarksville Police Officers arrived, she was found on the passenger side of the vehicle. She suffered numerous severe injuries and was taken by Lifeflight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

She died from her injuries a little before 2:00am, November 22nd.

Speed was determined to be a factor.

This is the 14th fatal crash for 2012.

The lead investigator is Officer John Reyes.
