Clarksville Police reports Woman Crashes on Ringgold Road and Dies from her Injuries

A 21 year old woman dies from injuries sustained from a single car crash on Ringgold Road which occurred November 18th, 2012.
Clarksville, TN – On November 18th, 2012, around 3:05am, there was a Fatal Accident Crash Team callout at 690 Ringgold Road. It was a single car crash.
Amber Webster, 21, 1974 Timberline Way was driving south on Ringgold Road, in a 2005 Suzuki Firenza.
She lost control of her vehicle for an unknown reason, went off the right side of the road in front of 690 Ringgold Road, and collided with a utility pole.
[1]2005 Suzuki Firenza was being driven on Ringgold Road when it left the road and stuck a utility pole.
She was the only person in the vehicle and was not wearing a seatbelt.
When Clarksville Police Officers arrived, she was found on the passenger side of the vehicle. She suffered numerous severe injuries and was taken by Lifeflight to Vanderbilt University [2] Medical Center.
She died from her injuries a little before 2:00am, November 22nd.
Speed was determined to be a factor.
This is the 14th fatal crash for 2012.
The lead investigator is Officer John Reyes.
