Cunningham, TN – The Lone Oak Baptist Church held their Christmas Program “Christmas in Snowflake County” at the Montgomery Central High School auditrium.
The theme of the program was “Hope in a Humble Stable”.
The show is about a place that celebrates Christmas with an extravaganza each year. But this year, everyone is so worked up over their annual event, that it over shadows the real meaning of Christmas.
In the end, everyone realizes that the season is about Jesus’ birth and not decorations and lights. The children did a wonderful job with the program. You could tell they were having fun putting it on.
“The kids did a really great job tonight,” stated church program manager Beth Britt. “I am really proud of them.”
Brit went on to say, “The children worked really hard getting ready for this. This was a big thing for them. They were all really nervous before the show started but seem to relax once the show started.”
