Clarksville Police Department takes down Meth lab

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Police Department continued it’s fight against drugs with the arrests of two suspects for the alleged manufacturing of methamphetamine.
The two suspects were arrested at 14 Tulip Poplar Court on Saturday.
Police charged James Lawrence Willard, age 20, with initiating a process with intent to result in manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also charged was Stephanie Jean Willard, age 31, with initiating a process with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
