Clarksville Parks and Recreation announces Liberty Park and McGregor Park to Reopen

Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department announced that Liberty Park and McGregor Park reopened to the public at noon, Thursday, January 17th, after being closed due to excessive rain fall.
